A security deposit of $150 may be required for some reservations

2. Cancellation and refund
Cancellations made more than one week prior to the event will receive a full refund or credit for a future reservation.
Cancellations made between 4 to 6 days prior to the event will receive a partial refund of 50%.
Cancellations within three business days prior to the event will not be refunded.
3. Use of space
Tenants are responsible for returning the space to its original condition.
All furniture and accessories should be put back in place.
The waste must be placed in the trash cans provided.
4. Responsibility and insurance
Eclectik is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
Tenants are responsible for any damage to equipment or space.
5. Restrictions
No illegal or dangerous events are allowed.
Noise levels should be maintained at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbours.
6. Liquor license
A liquor license is not required to organize an event. It is forbidden to sell alcohol on our premises.
7. Deliveries and Installations
Material deliveries must be coordinated in advance.
Storage fees may apply for deliveries prior to the day of the event.
8. Staff and services
Additional services (catering, bar, coordination, photography, technical) must be booked in advance and coordinated by our team.
Preferred rates apply for exclusive Eclectik partners.
9. Accessibility
The space is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. We are on the first floor and there are no elevators unfortunately.
10. Visits and consultations
Visits can be arranged by appointment.
11. Modification of the reservation
Any changes in reservation requirements must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
